The Registry building at Edumfa Heavenly Ministry is the first point of contact for all visitors, pilgrims, and participants arriving at the camp. Located strategically at the main entrance, the Registry serves as the official reception and registration center, ensuring that every entrant is properly welcomed and accounted for. This building plays a key administrative role, helping the ministry maintain order, safety, and effective management of the large numbers of people who visit daily.

Upon arrival, all visitors—whether attending prayer programs, seeking spiritual counseling, or joining the Jericho Hour or fasting sessions—are required to register their details at the Registry. This helps the ministry assign them to the appropriate accommodations, such as the Green House for first-time visitors or other specialized areas based on individual needs. The registration process ensures that participants are fully informed about the camp’s schedule, guidelines, and available services, allowing them to make the most of their spiritual experience at Edumfa.

The Registry building also serves as an information hub, where staff members assist visitors by providing directions, accommodation assignments, and program details. For those arriving to attend specific activities—such as the Deliverance All-Night, Pesach Festival, or Sunday worship services—the Registry offers guidance on where and when these events take place. Additionally, special guests and retreat participants are directed from the Registry to the White House or Blue House, depending on their accommodations.

The Registry is staffed by administrative personnel and volunteers who are trained to assist with both logistical and spiritual needs. These staff members handle inquiries, provide pastoral support when needed, and ensure that everyone feels welcomed.
