I came to the Edumfa Heavenly Ministry Prayer Camp after months of crippling lower-back pain. I couldn’t sit through church or sleep more than two hours. During Friday night prayer, one of the intercessors shared Psalm 30:2 with me and anointed my back. That night I slept deeply for the first time in months. I kept returning for midweek prayers and learned simple stretches and Scriptures to confess daily. Two weeks later I realized I’d gone a full day without painkillers. Now I cook for my family, stand to worship, and volunteer with the children’s ministry again. God has given me strength and peace.

We were barely speaking—hurt, blame, and financial pressure had hardened our hearts. A friend invited us to counseling at Edumfa. Pastor listened, prayed, and assigned us a seven-day “kindness challenge” with Ephesians 4:32. We also attended the Saturday family altar session and learned how to pray short, honest prayers together. Things changed slowly but surely: apologies, laughter returning, planning meals as a team. Three months later, we renewed our vows at a service. We still face challenges, but the bitterness is gone, and our home is peaceful. The Word and prayer we received here gave us a new start.

After a tough year, I came to the Friday vigil feeling defeated. The message on obedience challenged me to forgive an ex-partner and sow a seed. I did both. The following Wednesday, an old client I hadn’t heard from in a year called with a contract. It cleared my outstanding debts and reopened relationships I thought were lost. At the Prayer Camp’s entrepreneurship forum, I also learned to track cash flow and set aside a “tithe of time” to mentor youth. Since then, new referrals keep coming. God used this ministry to break stagnation and restore my confidence.
